Registered Nurse – Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Clinic

About the role

Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System is hiring a Registered Nurse to work in its Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Clinic located in downtown Los Angeles. The RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care using the full nursing process, addressing patients of all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide age‑specific nursing interventions and education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with VA regulations.

Required profile

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Graduation from an ACEN‑ or CCNE‑accredited nursing program (or equivalent foreign credential with validated equivalency).
• Current, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
• Ability to obtain a VA State license and meet VA employment standards.
