Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated, self‑motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead sales of hot‑rolled carbon steel coil and plate across Texas. The role focuses on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service while upholding JSW Steel USA’s “Better Every Day” ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Work safely in a complex industrial environment with high heat, pressure, and moving equipment.
• Interact productively and collaboratively with all levels of the organization, including production, engineering, quality, sales, administration, and senior leadership.
• Champion the CORE Values of JSW Steel USA and the “Better Every Day” motto.
• Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Communicate with customers and leads to understand their product or service needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Demonstrate product functions and utilities based on customer requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication, relationship management, and post‑sale issue resolution.
• Maintain contact with existing and former customers to inform them of new products, services, and enhancements.
• Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, lost business, and any relationship problems.
• Provide periodic territory sales forecasts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• At least five years of related experience (preferred).
