Recruiter – Professional & Industrial (East Norriton)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead full‑life‑cycle hiring for professional and industrial positions. You will work on‑site in East Norriton, PA, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of roles across multiple levels and locations.
• Source, attract, and screen both passive candidates and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Avature).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates.

Required skills

• Experience with Avature applicant tracking system.
