About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Rochester office. You will manage the full life‑cycle hiring process for a variety of positions, supporting both professional and industrial/warehouse roles. The role emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers and a commitment to equitable hiring practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s ATS (Avature).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair assessment processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline metrics.
• Promote a customer‑centric experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a professional or industrial/warehouse setting.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing scenarios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with the Avature applicant tracking system.
