About the role
Kelly is seeking a remote, in‑house recruiter to manage a high‑volume hiring pipeline for its U.S. operations. This temporary position offers the chance to influence talent acquisition strategy while working fully remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a large recruitment load across multiple business units.
- Consult with hiring managers on recruitment strategy, process, and compliance.
- Hold hiring managers accountable for timeline and procedural requirements.
- Utilize advanced recruitment tools to source, screen, and engage candidates efficiently.
- Lead and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance on best practices.
- Negotiate offers and ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
Required profile
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a large workload.
- Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment.
- Strong client‑facing recruiter background.
- Skilled in consulting and advising hiring managers.
- Comfortable constructively pushing back on process and compliance issues.
- Success in fast‑paced environments; experience with lower‑volume roles is a plus.
