About the role
Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Rochester office. You will manage the full life‑cycle hiring process for a variety of positions, supporting both professional and industrial/warehouse roles. The role emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers and a commitment to equitable hiring practices.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
- Source and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s ATS (Avature).
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair assessment processes.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline metrics.
- Promote a customer‑centric experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a professional or industrial/warehouse setting.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with the Avature applicant tracking system.
