Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to real‑estate agents and initiate conversations.
  • Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and maintain a pipeline.
  • Qualify agents and book interview appointments on leadership calendars.
  • Maintain structured outreach activities and meet daily call targets.
  • Track interactions and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

  • Enjoys repetitive, performance‑based outreach and consistent follow‑through.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with professional spoken and written English.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and currently resides in the U.S.
  • Motivated to develop real‑world sales and communication skills.
