About the role
This remote position focuses on outbound phone outreach to real estate agents, building rapport and scheduling qualified interviews for leadership teams. It is ideal for individuals seeking to start or grow a career in appointment setting, sales, or recruitment within a high‑performing real‑estate organization.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to real‑estate agents and initiate conversations.
- Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and maintain a pipeline.
- Qualify agents and book interview appointments on leadership calendars.
- Maintain structured outreach activities and meet daily call targets.
- Track interactions and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
Required profile
- Enjoys repetitive, performance‑based outreach and consistent follow‑through.
- Strong verbal communication skills with professional spoken and written English.
- Authorized to work in the United States and currently resides in the U.S.
- Motivated to develop real‑world sales and communication skills.
