Quality Inspector

About the role

The Quality Inspector will work at Walmart's Supply Chain Regional facility in Palestine, TX, performing inspections to ensure products meet Walmart’s quality standards. This is a full‑time, weekday position with opportunities for performance‑based incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct visual and measurement inspections of incoming and outbound goods.
• Document inspection results and report any non‑conformities.
• Follow established quality procedures and safety guidelines.
• Apply schedule, facility, season or work‑specific premiums when applicable.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve quality issues promptly.

Required profile

• Eligible to work full‑time weekday shifts at the Palestine, TX location.
• Must meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements for the job location.
• Ability to adhere to Walmart’s drug‑free workplace policy.
• Willingness to participate in Walmart’s benefit programs based on classification and tenure.
