About the role
The Quality Assurance Auditor ensures that resin and film products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Working both in the laboratory and on the production line, the auditor performs a variety of tests, documents results, and takes corrective actions when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct lab and line tests on resin or film, including Elmendorf tear tests and dart drop tests.
- Gauge film thickness using Measure Tech equipment.
- Perform quality checks on all production lines and address non‑conforming product.
- Report non‑conformances to the Lead Quality Auditor or Shift Supervisor.
- Fill in for the Lead Quality Auditor as required and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Support company safety, ISO, and GMP policies.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED with up to three months related experience or equivalent training.
- Knowledge of quality testing procedures for resin and film products.
- Ability to operate office equipment, PCs, forklifts, pallet jacks, and laboratory instruments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and training.
- Basic mathematical and reasoning abilities to interpret test data.
