Project Manager – Systems Integration

About the role

The Systems Integration Group seeks a Project Manager to lead custom industrial equipment projects from concept through build. The role blends engineering design, cost estimation, and hands‑on project coordination for process equipment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review client RFQs, P&ID, PFDs and develop detailed Bills of Materials and cost estimates.
• Produce electrical drawings using CAD software, coordinate design reviews and obtain client approvals.
• Manage fabrication, FAT testing, and installation while liaising with production, quality, and client teams.
• Prepare formal proposals, negotiate pricing, and maintain project schedules.
• Interact with vendors for component selection, pricing, and delivery; develop operation and maintenance manuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of project management or design experience in a manufacturing/fabrication environment.
• Experience reading P&ID, PFD, and understanding control‑panel design and material specifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and other CAD modeling software.
• Ability to create electrical drawings and develop accurate Bills of Materials.
• Strong cost‑estimation and RFQ analysis capabilities.
