Project Manager, Client Success

About the role

Advantmed is seeking a Project Manager, Client Success to lead and own client‑facing healthcare projects. You will work on HEDIS, Risk Adjustment and In‑Home Health Assessments, building strong relationships while delivering data‑driven outcomes. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility to balance work and life.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnership‑focused relationships with client project teams.
• Develop, update and manage project plans, timelines, risk identification and mitigation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for day‑to‑day project operations, client communications, issue resolution and status reporting.
• Report project metrics, translate them into business insights and oversee action plans to meet client goals.
• Lead recurring client calls, present status updates, performance reviews and post‑project analyses.
• Document meeting minutes and ensure completion of action items.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, clients or prospective customers.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or managed‑care environments.
• In‑depth knowledge of HEDIS measures, specifications and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret healthcare data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work occasional odd hours when required.
