About the role

Ludi is looking for a seasoned Director to act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients on physician and clinician compensation programs. This client‑facing position combines strategic advisory work with hands‑on implementation of compensation governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and discovery to evaluate existing compensation models and administrative workflows.
• Provide expert advisory services on physician compensation administration, governance, and compliance.
• Develop customized deliverables such as reference materials, client documentation, and reporting templates.
• Collaborate with implementation, client services, and data analytics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support clients with market data, reporting, and workforce management insights.
• Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree required, preferably in clinical, healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
• Substantial practical experience in physician compensation administration within healthcare organizations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, compensation governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable guidance.
• Proven ability to manage diverse client relationships and adapt recommendations to varied organizational contexts.
• Must be located in the United States; remote work is permitted.
