Project Architect – Baton Rouge

About the role

DNA Workshop is seeking a licensed architect to join its Baton Rouge office. The position offers the chance to work on multifamily housing, historic adaptive reuse, hospitality, and retail projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Join the Baton Rouge office as a licensed architect.

Required profile

• Architectural degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience in multi‑family projects (a plus).
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills.
• Professional licensure and LEED® certification or a demonstrated path toward completion.
• Good attitude and sense of humor.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
