Production Operator

About the role

Niagara is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will work on the production floor to help deliver high‑quality, affordable bottled water while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line(s) to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets.
• Perform hourly quality and production reporting, including visual inspections of product.
• Report any quality defects promptly to shift leadership.
• Follow all company and plant safety programs, GMP, and food‑safety standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure raw‑material levels to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor line issues and provide relief duties as needed.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance, working 12‑hour rotating shifts (2‑2‑3 schedule).

Required profile

• Ability to work 12‑hour day or night shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Strong attention to detail for product inspection and reporting.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to GMP and food‑safety regulations.
• Reliability and consistent attendance.
