Production Associate – Garment Fulfillment

About the role

Cintas is looking for a Production Associate to join its Rental Division. In this onsite position you will work in the stockroom to support garment fulfillment operations, ensuring uniform rental items are prepared, graded, and ready for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Locate uniform rental garments or emblems using order sheets.
• Assemble garments and grade the usefulness of used items.
• Receive and process new garment shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet or exceed established quantity and quality standards.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the US and at least 18 years old.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work safely near others.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with temperature variations.
• Willingness to handle soiled or odorous materials using protective equipment.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, squat, and reach for most of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, integrity, and teamwork orientation.
