Personal Injury Case Manager (Remote)

About the role

Job Duck is seeking a Remote Personal Injury Case Manager to support a fast‑paced personal injury practice. You will guide cases from intake through resolution, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their legal journey.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal legal teams to ensure smooth case management.
• Provide general guidance to clients on next steps and monitor case timelines.
• Support pre‑litigation and litigation processes, including health‑insurance coverage identification.
• Maintain regular communication with insurance adjusters and clients regarding treatment progress.
• Request and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and draft legal correspondence.
• Answer client calls professionally and keep case documentation up to date.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a case manager.
• Experience with US personal injury law (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, client‑focused mindset, and proactive work style.
• Reliable remote work setup with stable internet and a quiet environment.

• Monthly compensation starting at $1,220 USD.
