Paralegal Case Manager

About the role

The Paralegal Case Manager joins a personal injury legal team to support attorneys throughout the case lifecycle. Working remotely, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure cases move forward efficiently and in compliance with legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and assist with discovery under attorney supervision.
• Support electronic court filings according to procedural rules.
• Monitor court and case deadlines, alerting attorneys when action is required.
• Communicate regularly with supervising attorneys, insurance adjusters, defense counsel, and courts.
• Maintain accurate case notes, records, and documentation using FileVine and related legal systems.
• Request, track, and organize medical records and billing documentation.
• Provide trial preparation and support as needed.
• Serve as the primary client contact, delivering updates and support throughout the legal process.

Required profile

• Strong personal injury case management experience.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and speak up when action is required.
• Detail‑oriented approach to documentation and data entry.
• Professional assertiveness balanced with collaboration.

Required skills

• FileVine (legal case management software).
