Per Diem Physician for Veteran Disability Evaluations

About the role

Kelly Government Solutions is seeking board‑certified physicians to perform one‑time Veteran Disability Evaluations on a per‑diem basis. This flexible, supplemental opportunity allows clinicians to work 1‑5 days per week, travel to various locations, and earn fee‑for‑service compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person disability evaluations for veterans following VA DBQ guidelines.
• Review medical records, diagnostic reports, and perform focused clinical assessments.
• Document objective findings accurately and submit reports in compliance with VA standards.
• Coordinate with the scheduling team to align evaluations with personal availability.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted US medical license (MD, DO, NP, or PA).
• Minimum one year of clinical experience.
• Business entity (LLC, PLLC, Inc, etc.) with an EIN.
• Professional malpractice, business liability, and workers’ compensation insurance where applicable.

Required skills

• Strong medical documentation and record‑review capabilities.
• Familiarity with VA disability evaluation procedures.
