PeopleSoft Finance Functional Lead Consultant

About the role

Infosys is looking for a PeopleSoft Finance Functional Lead Consultant with deep expertise in PeopleSoft Accounts Payable, Financials, and Time & Labor. The role involves addressing user issues, resolving system problems, managing tickets, and implementing configuration changes while collaborating closely with business consultants and subject‑matter experts.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve user and system issues across PeopleSoft Finance modules.
• Manage tickets, service requests, and required configuration changes.
• Collaborate with process consultants and SMEs to perform root‑cause analysis.
• Drive continuous process improvements and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities, including reconciliations and audit support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or three years of progressive experience per year of education).
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, preferably in PeopleSoft Finance.
• U.S. person status as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15.
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cash Management, and Procurement integration.
• Strong analytical skills for accounting entries, journal generation, and finance integration issues.
