Patient Concierge (Receptionist)

About the role

Swish Dental is seeking a friendly and motivated Patient Concierge to manage the front‑desk experience for our patients. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth workflow for both patients and the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.
• Greet patients, assist with electronic intake forms, and collect payments.
• Notify the clinical team of patient arrivals and escort patients to the appropriate areas.
• Verify insurance information and gather policy details.
• Set up accounts and create charts for new patients.
• Schedule appointments and handle additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• CPR and/or BLS certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation for punctual attendance.
