Passenger Service Agent – Airport Check‑in & Gate Support

About the role

Join Menzies Aviation as a Passenger Service Agent and become the front‑line representative for travelers at a busy airport. You will handle check‑ins, verify documentation, assign seats, provide gate information and support baggage handling while ensuring a smooth and safe passenger experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check‑in, document verification, seat assignments and gate information.
• Operate self‑service kiosks and support baggage claim processes.
• Interpret identification labels and routing tags for baggage and cargo.
• Maintain organized work areas and uphold uniform and conduct standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 70 lb, bending, stretching, pushing and pulling.
• Provide courteous assistance and resolve passenger issues throughout the terminal.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screening, FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking of English.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 70 lb.
• Flexible availability for variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior customer‑service experience strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and ask for clarification when needed.
