About the role
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our Logistics Manager in e‑commerce and inventory tasks. The role acts as a bridge between our internal team and the 3PL warehouse, ensuring smooth shipping, transport, and returns processes.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily warehouse operations, including product reception, storage, picking, and shipping.
- Assist the Logistics Manager with e‑commerce and inventory operations as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the internal team and our 3PL warehouse.
- Proactively resolve shipping and transport issues across warehouse locations.
- Manage the returns process to ensure a hassle‑free experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
- Ability to travel between warehouse locations and the NYC office three days a week.
Required skills
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookup.
What we offer
- Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
