Transportation Partner – Senior Living Driver

About the role

Join a vibrant senior‑living community as a Transportation Partner, providing safe and reliable transportation for residents to activities, appointments, and errands. You will work closely with the Life Enrichment team to ensure each trip is organized, punctual, and comfortable.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the transportation schedule set by the Life Enrichment Director, including dates, times, locations, and routes.
• Transport residents to and from activities and errands in a safe, courteous manner.
• Communicate schedule details to residents at least 24 hours before departure.
• Maintain company‑owned vehicles, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Keep vehicle interiors clean and orderly during and after use.
• Fuel the vehicle as needed and submit receipts for processing.
• Coordinate with other departments for unscheduled or emergency transportation needs.
• Assist with clerical, inventory, and resident‑related tasks as directed.
• Follow community policies, including emergency and disaster procedures.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a Monday‑Friday schedule (8 am‑4:30 pm).
• Strong communication skills with residents and team members.
• Flexibility to handle emergency or last‑minute transportation requests.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe vehicle environment.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license.
