Part Time Sales Supervisor – Retail

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Part‑time Sales Supervisor to join the management team at the Chesterfield Premium Outlet. The supervisor will help drive sales, coach associates and ensure operational excellence while upholding the brand’s values of originality, integrity and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates through effective leadership and feedback.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency, standards and visual presentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist and coach team members.
• Adherence to Levi’s policies, procedures and directives from store management.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 years or older.
