Part-Time Resident Concierge (Sat-Sun, 7am-3pm)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Resident Concierge to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Wardman Park in Washington. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for prospects and residents, providing a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with daily resident services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, ensuring comfort while they wait for team members.
• Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain guest suite schedule, oversee payment and cleanliness, and coordinate loading dock/elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
• Log and notify residents of package deliveries within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning, and other community services.
• Assist with planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Reliability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for logging deliveries and scheduling.
