About the role

Strategy& is seeking an Operations Strategy Consulting Manager to lead the design and execution of strategic plans that improve operational efficiency and drive growth for our clients. In this senior role you will combine data‑driven analysis with cross‑functional collaboration to deliver high‑impact recommendations and oversee their implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational performance and support business growth.
• Analyze market trends, business performance data and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to redesign processes and achieve client objectives.
• Lead project teams from planning through execution, ensuring quality, timelines and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach junior staff, leveraging their unique strengths to meet client expectations.
• Manage client relationships, address conflicts, and uphold professional and independence standards.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s degree in Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
