Operations Coordinator – Inventory & Logistics

About the role

Little Saints is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage inventory, production scheduling, and logistics for its fast‑growing non‑alcoholic beverage line. The role ensures timely delivery to customers while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and purchase ingredients, raw materials, primary and secondary packaging, and finished goods.
• Maintain stock levels, monitor production schedules, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate LTL and FTL transport to DTC warehouses and wholesale customers, communicating with warehouses and customers.
• Track inventory at copackers and warehouses, assist with sales forecasts, and communicate inventory status to the sales team.
• Maintain and operate the back end of the Shopify site and Amazon fulfillment, including inventory reconciliation and SKU management.
• Analyze input costs and purchasing data to optimize cost of goods.
• Conduct physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Provide monthly cost‑of‑goods calculations to finance.
• Oversee end‑to‑end warehouse operations, including inbound inventory, order fulfillment, and cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Highly organized with a strong affinity for schedules and spreadsheets.
• Responsive communicator who clears inbox daily and replies promptly.
• Direct and proactive in identifying and reporting problems.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel spreadsheet management.
• Shopify platform administration.
• Amazon fulfillment operations.
