Operations and Logistics Data Analyst

About the role

The Operations & Logistics Data Analyst is the data backbone of Comfrt’s operational engine. You will build, maintain, and evolve reporting infrastructure that powers decision‑making across customer experience, US and international operations, and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, automate and maintain dashboards covering CX performance, domestic and international operations, logistics, and fulfillment cost metrics.
• Analyze fulfillment data from 3PL partners and carriers to surface cost, efficiency and quality trends.
• Proactively flag emerging operational risks and monitor inbound supply‑chain metrics such as PO receipt accuracy and vendor performance.
• Own data quality, identify gaps in collection or reporting, and propose scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to evolve data architecture as the business expands.
• Develop CX dashboards tracking ticket volume, SLA performance, contact drivers and agent productivity.
• Partner with BI and Customer Data teams to create LTV, retention and predictive models for ticket volume, returns and backlog risk.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Experience turning raw data from multiple sources into actionable insights.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with logistics, CX and engineering teams.
