About the role

The Online Order Filling Team Associate works in a Walmart Supercenter to pick, pack, and prepare online orders for customer pickup. The focus is on accurately locating merchandise, packaging items, and ensuring each order meets quality standards before it leaves the store.

Key responsibilities

• Locate and retrieve items from the sales floor or stockroom based on online order tickets.
• Prepare and package merchandise securely for customer pickup.
• Verify order accuracy and make appropriate product substitutions when needed.
• Communicate with customers to confirm substitutions or resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow Walmart’s drug‑free workplace policies.
• Meet performance metrics and qualify for hourly premiums and incentives.

Required profile

• Available for mid‑shift or closing part‑time schedules.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift items regularly.
• Attention to detail and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Must meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the location.
