About the role
We are a leading company in the beer, wine and spirits industry seeking an enthusiastic On‑Premise Sales Representative to manage accounts in the Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista and Celebration area. You will drive a personal vehicle to visit customers, build relationships, and grow sales of supplier brands.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and follow an efficient daily route covering assigned accounts.
- Visit each account to identify opportunities, complete surveys, and ensure national account compliance.
- Deliver professional sales presentations, promote new products, and manage bar placements and promotions.
- Maintain product inventory, restock shelves where permitted, and monitor out‑of‑stock situations.
- Provide brand education through staff training seminars.
- Process credits, returns, and manage receivables, including collecting payments where legally permissible.
- Address customer issues, deliver products in extenuating circumstances, and refer escalations to management.
- Achieve sales, volume, and merchandising targets set by management.
- Support new account openings by preparing opening orders with the Field Sales Manager.
Required profile
- Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
- Own a reliable car for traveling to customer locations.
- Passionate about customer service and thriving in a fast‑paced selling environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with management.
