About the role

Join AutoZone as a Retail Sales Associate and deliver WOW! Customer Service in a fast‑paced automotive store. You will help customers find the right parts, provide expert advice, and support store operations while gaining experience in automotive retail.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, offering trustworthy automotive advice and ensuring positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated and productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to meet sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, keep the store organized, and follow point‑of‑sale and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Follow structured processes, safety policies, and use personal protective equipment.
• Stay current on automotive parts, tools, and promotions using AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and suggest appropriate solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible availability for mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive retail (preferred).
• ASE certification (optional).
