About the role
Modalways is looking for a professional Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and to ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations. This full‑time, onsite position provides essential administrative support while representing the company’s professional image.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails.
- Maintain the front‑desk area, visitor logs, and related records.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative assistance to office staff as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous receptionist or office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency.
