About the role
Supergoop! is looking for a highly organized Office and Administrative Assistant to keep the office running smoothly and support the leadership team. You will work closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant, handling day‑to‑day office operations, guest experience, and executive administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and brand‑aligned office environment, managing inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, couriers, and guests, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
- Handle mail, packages, and conference‑room scheduling, including setup of AV equipment and refreshments.
- Provide calendar support for multiple executives, coordinate meetings across time zones, and align schedules with the ELT.
- Assist with meeting logistics, prepare materials, take notes, and arrange travel as needed.
- Support ad‑hoc administrative tasks and special projects while handling confidential information with discretion.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in office coordination or administrative support.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
- Strong communication skills, able to interact confidently with all levels of the organization.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on discretion and confidentiality.
