About the role
The Office Administrator will provide essential administrative, financial, and operational support to the Las Vegas manufacturing facility. You will work closely with site staff and senior leadership to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations in a safety‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily administrative duties supporting facility operations.
- Scan, organize, and maintain electronic files and documentation.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, and related logistics.
- Support non‑production cost tracking and reporting activities.
- Maintain and reconcile capital asset lists for reporting.
- Order office consumables and manage local site services.
- Provide Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable assistance as assigned.
- Update and manage non‑stock purchase orders and resolve invoice queries.
- Post AR receipts and process freight invoices.
Required profile
- Experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
- Post‑secondary education or relevant Business Administration certificates preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Power BI.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and ERP/MRP systems.
