About the role
The Data Entry Clerk will support the finance department by reviewing contracts and managing high‑volume documentation in a fast‑paced environment. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle physical filing tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Review finance contracts and perform quality‑assurance checks on customer files.
- Pull files from the vault and retrieve documents at payoff or charge‑off.
- File paperwork, organize 8‑digit color‑coded folders, and maintain accurate numeric sorting.
- Identify documents required for legal retention and satisfy file/image requests from multiple internal sources.
- Adhere strictly to company procedures, policies, and process guidelines.
- Adapt to changing business needs with flexibility.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift up to 40 lb for an 8‑hour shift.
- Dependable attendance and ability to follow a 5‑day onsite schedule.
- Self‑motivated with strong independent work ethic and high attention to detail.
- Capacity to maintain 99 % accuracy and efficiency standards.
