Occupational Health Nurse – Employee Health & Well‑Being

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join its Employee Health & Well‑Being team at the JJ Vision AMO manufacturing site in Puerto Rico. The nurse will support the health of shift 2B manufacturing employees and may rotate shifts as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing services focused on occupational health programs.
• Manage injury and illness cases, including medical surveillance and case management.
• Oversee disability management, return‑to‑work processes, and medical accommodations.
• Collaborate with the site lead, other Occupational Health Nurses, the Occupational Health Physician, and Well‑Being resources.

Required profile

• Experience delivering nursing care in an occupational health setting.
• Ability to work on shift 2B and rotate shifts as required.
