Multi‑Site Maintenance Technician – Metro

About the role

The Multi‑Site Maintenance Technician ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. The role involves responding to resident service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing per policies and codes.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, coordinating vendors, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by cleaning, pressure‑washing, trash removal and minor painting tasks.
• Inspect contractor work and assist with routine property inspections to identify safety concerns.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license (required for operating a golf cart where applicable) and any state‑required certifications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays and respond to on‑call duties.
