Multi‑Site Maintenance Supervisor – Medical Center Area

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee technical and mechanical work across multiple sites in the Medical Center area, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and maintenance of grounds, building exteriors, interiors, signage, parking areas, and other community spaces.
• Inspect work performed by internal team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in company policies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to oversee maintenance operations across multiple locations.
• Strong diagnostic skills for identifying and resolving building defects.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and internal service teams.
• Attention to detail in inspections and quality assurance.
