Mobile Equipment Operator

About the role

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator to join its Streetman, TX plant. You will operate a variety of mining and aggregate equipment in a fast‑paced production environment, ensuring safe and efficient material handling.

Key responsibilities

• Perform equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
• Operate all types of mining equipment to load product and overburden in open‑pit conditions.
• Monitor production data, record operational metrics, and collect material samples for quality checks.
• Follow MSHA safety guidelines, attend departmental and safety meetings, and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
• Transfer materials between work areas and assist other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Previous loader or equipment operating experience is helpful.
• General understanding of manufacturing practices and ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
• Basic math proficiency and ability to use hand tools.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 75 lb.
• Pass drug, physical, background checks and complete MSHA training (provided).
