Mobile Equipment Operator

About the role

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator for its Streetman, TX plant. The successful candidate will operate a variety of mining and construction equipment in a production environment, ensuring safe and efficient material handling.

Key responsibilities

• Perform equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
• Operate mining equipment to load product and overburden in open‑pit conditions.
• Monitor production data, record operational metrics, and collect samples for quality checks.
• Transfer materials between work areas and support other departments as needed.
• Attend scheduled safety and departmental meetings and follow all MSHA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and complete maintenance orders.

Required profile

• Experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment (preferred).
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 lb.
• Pass drug & physical testing, background check, and obtain MSHA training (provided).
• Basic math skills and proficiency with hand tools.
• Understanding of good manufacturing practices and ability to follow safety procedures.
