Marketing Manager – Canadian Market (NYC)

About the role

Bears with Benefits is launching its Canadian operation and needs a Marketing Manager to lead the market entry from New York. You will own the acquisition and retention strategy for the bilingual Canadian website and drive growth across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and manage the Canadian website (French & English), including content adaptation, conversion optimization, and performance tracking.
• Define and execute the digital growth strategy: paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google), SEO, CRM, Amazon, influencer marketing, and partnerships.
• Oversee media and creative agencies to ensure brand consistency and strong ROI.
• Build and manage retention and subscription programs, including loyalty initiatives and community engagement.
• Collaborate with US and European teams to maintain global brand consistency and share best practices.

Required profile

• Currently located in NYC with experience in the American and/or Canadian market.
• 3‑4 years of digital marketing, growth, and e‑commerce experience focused on the Canadian market.
• Proven track record in acquisition and performance channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon).
• Strong analytical skills, budget management experience, and ability to work with external partners.
• Native Canadian French and fluent English.
• Authorized to work in the United States (no H‑1B sponsorship).
