Managing Director of Property, Facilities & Asset Management

About the role

Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior executive to lead property, facilities and asset management across its multi‑site portfolio in Baltimore. The Managing Director will provide strategic oversight to ensure properties remain compliant, safe, financially accountable and ready for inspection.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of property, facilities, maintenance, construction and asset management for multiple locations.
• Ensure properties are compliant, functional, safe, inspection‑ready and operationally efficient.
• Oversee tenant communications, licensing, inspections, work orders, preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Manage construction projects, including budgets, timelines, permits, vendor performance and change orders.
• Coordinate with finance on budgets, capital expenditures, vendor payments and operational reporting.
• Track regulatory compliance, permits, insurance renewals and code requirements.
• Develop corrective action plans for operational deficiencies and report risk assessments to the COO.
• Lead vendor contract oversight, pricing negotiations and service performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven executive‑level leadership experience in property, facilities or asset management, preferably within residential care or health‑service environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑site operations, budgets, capital projects and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with staff, tenants, contractors, regulators and senior leadership.
• Capacity to respond to emergencies, inspections and urgent operational issues outside regular hours.
