About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Business Administration to act as Chief of Staff for the Debit, Prepaid and Sustainability Solutions organization within Consumer Products & Processing. The role supports senior leadership by ensuring priorities are clear, processes run smoothly, and communication is impactful.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support activities across the Debit, Prepaid and Sustainability Solutions organization, manage calendars, organize town halls and prepare leadership materials.
- Lead the Weekly Review, gather updates from team leaders and synthesize progress on strategic initiatives for senior stakeholders.
- Develop compelling storyboards and presentations that simplify complexity and inspire action, elevating communication standards.
- Partner with leadership on high‑impact initiatives and cross‑functional projects, providing structured analysis and actionable insights.
Required profile
- Exceptional communication and organization skills, able to manage priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail and advanced presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to build partnerships, gain buy‑in and add value to strategic vision.
- Analytical mindset with financial acumen to interpret complex data and articulate insights.
- Sound judgment, discretion and experience handling confidential information.
- Adaptability and problem‑solving capability in dynamic environments.
- Prior consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Deloitte) is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Mastercard products and services is a plus.

- PowerPoint – advanced proficiency for creating presentations and storyboards.
