Management Consultant – Remote, $100/hr

About the role

Mercor is seeking experienced Management & Strategy Consultants to support AI‑focused projects on a fully remote basis. This contract role offers up to $100 per hour and requires 10+ hours per week of independent, high‑impact work.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide strategic decisions.
• Develop business cases, operational frameworks, and go‑to‑market strategies for AI initiatives.
• Synthesize data into actionable insights using presentations, memos, and financial models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics, decision points, and scenario models.
• Support strategic planning, opportunity evaluation, and scenario modeling.

Required profile

• 1.5+ years of experience at a top management consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or other Big 5 firms).
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.
• Preferred experience advising clients in technology, AI, or SaaS sectors.
