Make-Ready Specialist – The Bouldin

About the role

We are looking for a Make‑Ready Specialist to prepare vacant apartments at The Bouldin community for new residents. You will ensure each unit meets Greystar’s quality standards through timely repairs, cleaning and finishing work.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all required repairs and improvements on vacant units following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers as needed.
• Inspect and repair or replace damaged sheetrock.
• Apply touch‑up paint to vacant and occupied units under supervision.
• Maintain common areas and amenities by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and painting curbs and signage.
• Document completed work and update maintenance records promptly.
• Follow Greystar safety policies, attend safety meetings and complete OSHA training.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting quality standards.
• Strong customer‑service orientation when interacting with residents.

Required skills

• Sheetrock repair and replacement.
• Caulking and sealing around fixtures.
• Touch‑up painting.
• Pressure‑washing of exterior surfaces.
• Basic use of hand and power tools.
