Maintenance Technician - Redwood Square

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of Redwood Square’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This onsite role supports a stabilized 206‑unit property in Sacramento, California, and requires weekend availability.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance across the property to reduce future issues.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and scheduling necessary maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose mechanical or technical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.
