About the role
The Service Technician – Sage ensures that all physical aspects of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This position supports resident satisfaction by addressing maintenance requests promptly and preparing vacant units for new occupants.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose the source of defects or problems and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and procuring necessary supplies.
Required profile
- Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Attention to detail when inspecting units and common areas.
- Capability to coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
