Maintenance Technician – Park Summit

About the role

The Maintenance Technician at Park Summit ensures that the building’s physical components, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. Working on a lease‑up property of 283 units, you will support resident requests, preventative maintenance and the make‑ready process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to work orders from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing them in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the make‑ready process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, obtaining supplies, completing repairs and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage, returning unused items and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Complete all required documentation and paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost‑cutting initiatives by repairing items in‑house whenever possible.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Basic maintenance and make‑ready skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
