Leasing Professional for Avino Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the Avino community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. You will help achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals by guiding prospects through the leasing process and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and complete credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents, move‑in packages, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, dependable and adaptable personality.
• Positive outlook and willingness to work weekends, typically 9 am‑6 pm.
• Eligibility for a 20% housing discount.

Required skills

• Experience with Yardi property‑management software.
• Familiarity with CMR leasing system.
